RETURN POLICY
If you are not satisfied with your order, you may return the merchandise for a refund within 3 days of receipt of the goods. All returns must be unused and packaged in the original shipping cartons, including all packing materials along with the packing slip. Your refund will be credited to your credit card upon our receipt of the item(s) minus a 15% restocking charge on the net value of the goods returned. Shipping fees from the original order will not be refunded and the cost of shipping the return back to Premier is the customer's responsibility.
We will replace any damaged or defective items that you receive as long as Premier Flag & Banner have the items in available. Please notify the Premier Flag & Banner office within 3 days of receipt of merchandise so arrangements and instructions can be conducted. If the merchandise is not available, a full refund will be issued via the same payment method Premier Flag received.
Please note that most Colonial Nyl-Glo flags (indoor versions with a Pole Sleeve), stock flags converted for specialized requirements and custom products are MADE TO ORDER and are NOT RETURNABLE. However, defective ones can be exchanged for a replacement.
