SHIPPING POLICY
Items will be shipped via UPS ground delivery unless otherwise specified in your order.
Purchaser is responsible for all shipping charges unless promoted on the site or noted on your invoice, including the additional cost of shipping should you choose to upgrade the shipping service.
In stock items or orders placed before 12pm EST will likely ship the next day (certain restrictions may apply). Custom orders and commercial flagpoles are shipped within 10-15 days. We will contact you via phone or e-mail to confirm product shipment.
Orders placed after 12pm EST will be processed the next day.
Proofread your order carefully before submitting your order for processing. Shipping information cannot be changed once you submit your order. If a delivery is refused for any reason, or considered undeliverable due to an invalid shipping address you will be charged a penalty that may include, but may not be limited to, extra shipping charges. If you provide an invalid address and any correction needs to be made by a carrier, you will be charged a fee of $10.00 per carton for standard ground orders and $15.00 per carton for expedited orders.
APO/FPO orders ship to APO/FPO addresses via USPS Priority Mail only. Expedited shipping is not available to APO/FPO addresses.

Shipping rates and delivery are based on standard rates for UPS ground service or USPS Priority Mail from zip code 24592. Other shipping options are available as well. You may view estimated delivery cost by placing items in your shopping cart and using the estimated shipping option prior to entering any additional information.

International Orders
Our Website does not presently support automatic shipment but we can accomodate International orders. If you would like to purchase products on our Website and ship overseas, please email the products, quantities you require and the address they are to be shipped to info@premierflag.com and we can provide an estimated shipping cost. Payment can be made by wire transfer.
Damage Claims
Please contact us with all claims for damaged goods within 24 hours of receipt of goods. We cannot be held responsible for damages to items as a result of faulty package handling on the part of the shipping party.
